Terms
Last updated 24 August 2026.
These terms cover your use of xrade.com. By using the site you accept them. They are written to be read, so if anything is unclear please ask rather than guess.
The site is operated by XRADE LTD, 20 Wenlock Road, London, N1 7GU. Reach us through the contact form.
What this site is
XRADE publishes a record of the legal and structural characteristics of tokenised assets: who issued them, under which law, what rights they carry, and what happens to a holder if the issuer fails. Everything is drawn from documents and readings that we cite.
This is not advice
Nothing on this site is investment, legal, tax, accounting or financial advice, and nothing here is a recommendation, an offer, or an invitation to buy, sell or hold anything.
We are not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority and we do not carry on any regulated activity. If you are deciding what to do with your money, take advice from someone qualified to give it.
Tokenised assets can lose value, and some carry no claim on the thing they are named after. That is precisely what this site exists to record.
Accuracy
We take care with every figure and we cite our sources so you can check them. We do not warrant that the site is complete, current or free from error.
Much of what we publish is read from documents controlled by third parties. Those documents change, move and are sometimes withdrawn. A reading is true as at the date attached to it and not necessarily afterwards, which is why every figure carries one.
Where we publish unknown, that means no document we could find disclosed an answer. It does not mean no answer exists.
If you think something here is wrong, please tell us. Our governance page sets out how corrections and the right of reply work.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of this site or from any decision you take based on it, including trading losses, lost profits and losses caused by information being incomplete, out of date or wrong.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
Other people's names
We name issuers, platforms, funds, networks and venues because a record of who issued what is useless without them. Those names and marks belong to their owners. Being named here is not an endorsement in either direction and does not imply any relationship, affiliation or approval.
Where we quote a document, the quote is attributed and linked. Where we describe what a document says, you can read it yourself and we would rather you did.
Our name and mark
XRADE® is a registered trade mark.
Please refer to XRADE by name when you cite or link to what we publish. We would rather you did, and attribution costs you nothing.
Do not use our name or mark in a way that suggests we endorse, supply, verify or are connected to your product, or in any way likely to confuse a reader about who published something. The value of this record is that people can tell where a figure came from, and that only works if our name means one thing.
Automated access
You may read this site with software. We would encourage it, because an agent acting on a guess is the problem we are trying to solve.
Please identify yourself in your user agent, keep request rates sensible, and respect robots.txt. If you need bulk or structured access, ask us and we will help rather than block you.
Do not use the site to break the law, to misrepresent what it says, or to present our readings as your own measurements.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page changes when we do, and continuing to use the site means accepting the current version.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
