XRADE is for sale
The name, the mark, the domains and the record, as one lot.
XRADE was built by one person and is kept by one person, who is moving to other work. Rather than let it drift, it is offered whole to someone who will carry it on. Everything on this site transfers with it. The record is kept current until it does.
Price
Asking US$50,000 for the lot. Offers considered. One transfer, one buyer, nothing split.
There is no revenue and there are no visitor figures. XRADE has never charged anyone for anything, and the privacy page says truthfully that it runs no analytics, so there is no traffic number to show you and none will be invented. What is for sale is the position: a short, pronounceable name on a .com, a registered mark, and a sourced record nobody else has compiled in this form.
What is included
The name. XRADE is a UK registered trade mark. It is assigned to the buyer at the UK Intellectual Property Office as part of the transfer.
The domains. xrade.com, which this site runs on, and the rest of the XRADE domain suite held with it.
The record. The corpus of what each tokenised asset actually is: who issued it, under which law, what rights the holder carries, and where a holder ranks if the issuer fails. Every field is a stored assertion with its source, the date of the document, the date it was read, and the exact sentence that supports it. The schema, the stored readings, the collectors that gather documents, and the watch that re-fetches and hash-checks the issuer-published documents twice a week all transfer.
The pages. Every page on this site, the per-stock pages included, and the generator that builds them from the record so that no figure is typed by hand.
Access for agents. The MCP server over the record at mcp.xrade.com, read-only by construction, and its listing in the official MCP registry under the com.xrade namespace.
The method. The research write-ups, the coverage map, the governance rules and the working notes that explain how each reading was taken, so the next person can take the same reading the same way.
What is not included
The single-network sites linked from the home page, robin.bot, plume.bot, ondo.bot, arci.bot and canton.bot, are separate projects and are not part of this lot. They can be discussed separately.
No tokens, positions or wallets. XRADE holds none.
How it transfers
Domains are pushed at the registrar. The mark is assigned at the UK Intellectual Property Office. The code moves as a private repository transfer. The record moves as a full database export with the schema. The MCP server moves with its hosting account or is redeployed from the repository, which takes an afternoon. A written handover covers the rest.
The governance rules travel with the record. Whether a buyer keeps them is their decision once it is theirs. A record people trust is the thing being sold, and those rules are why it is trusted.
