Independence

XRADE holds no tokens and takes no position in any asset it writes about.

Nobody can pay to appear, to be ranked, to be described differently, or to be left out. There is no sponsored placement and there never will be, because the moment a record can be bought it is worth nothing.

Where we receive funding from a party we also write about, whether that is a grant, a contract or anything else, we say so on the page that covers them. Where we hold no such relationship, that is the default and needs no statement.

What we publish

Every field is a stored assertion carrying its source, the date of the document, the date we read it, and the exact sentence that supports it. Nothing is modelled, smoothed, averaged, projected or carried forward.

Where two sources disagree we publish both and name them. We do not average them, prefer one, or quietly correct one against the other. The disagreement is usually the most useful thing on the page.

Nothing is deleted. A figure that later proves wrong stays on the record with a correction beside it, because a record that edits its own history is not a record.

What we do not publish

We do not state anyone's intent. We report what a document says and when it said it. We do not say why, and we do not say whether anyone meant to mislead. Where a company's own marketing and its own contract disagree, we quote both and let you read them.

We do not give advice. Nothing here is investment, legal, tax or financial advice, and it is not a recommendation to buy, sell or hold anything.

We do not guess. Where no document we can find discloses an answer, we say unknown and mean it literally. That is different from a question we have not asked yet, and the two are recorded separately.

Corrections

If something here is wrong, tell us. Use the contact form and choose Correction to the record. We do not publish email addresses, because they fill with spam and real messages get lost in it.

It helps if you can point at the specific field or sentence and say what the right answer is. A document we can read is better than a description of one.

We aim to acknowledge within two working days and to resolve within ten. If a claim is disputed and we cannot settle it quickly, we mark the field as disputed while we work on it rather than leaving it standing unqualified.

When we correct something, the correction is dated and the original stays visible. We do not make errors disappear.

Right of reply

If you are an issuer, a platform or anyone else named here and you want to respond, we will publish your response alongside the entry. In your own words, not summarised by us, provided it is about the record and not about us.

We will not remove a sourced and accurate statement because someone would prefer it were not published. We will correct anything inaccurate, promptly and without argument.

If a document has moved, been replaced or been withdrawn, tell us and we will update the entry. Where we hold an archived copy of an earlier version we will say so, because a document that existed and then stopped existing is itself worth recording.

Conflicts

We publish before we act on anything, or we do not publish it at all. There is no circumstance in which XRADE trades ahead of its own record.

Any trading activity by the people behind XRADE is conducted through a separate entity and is never informed by anything unpublished here.

Who is responsible

XRADE is edited by a named person, not a committee and not a model. Automated collection gathers documents and readings, and a person decides what any of it means before it is published. Where you see a judgement rather than a quoted fact, a person made it and will answer for it.
